Made from stainless steel the Mine Host Roaster/Covered Roaster is a gas fired fully portable oven. It can be used indoors or out and requires no electricity. This versatile piece of catering equipment is fume and smoke free and suitable for cooking a wide range of food from roasted meat to bakery products, vegetables and desserts.It heats up to 300deg C and will burn for more than 10 hours on a full 9kg LPG cylinder. The legs are easily removed for transporting anywhere. Length 1580mm x 850mm wide x 1230mm high with legs attached.620mm high with legs removed for transporting.

Approx cooking times based on 180-200c (medium mark on lid)
Whole pigs (40 kg) 4-5 hours.
Whole lambs (20 kg) 3-4 hours
